Meet our
Irish team
Thomas Melville
Group CEO & Head of CubeMatch Ireland
Tom is a Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience working in Financial Services change. He has an in-depth knowledge of all Financial Services areas, particularly Treasury, Retail, Corporate and Lending. He has worked with CubeMatch since the Irish entity was formed in 2010 and as Group CEO, he has driven the group consolidation and expansion agenda since 2020.
Jacob Koshy
Group CFO
Jacob is one of the founders of CubeMatch and has 30 years of experience in Project and Consulting working with some of the largest banks in Europe, America and Asia. As CubeMatch Group CFO, he is responsible for the stewardship of the company assets, Financial Risk, Finance Operations, HR and Legal teams.
Tom Lane
Group COO
Tom is a senior executive with 25 years’ experience leading and delivering business transformation programmes and complex IT initiatives within financial services, with teams of up to 100 people and budgets of up to €30 million. He has extensive international experience in IT solution delivery and execution. Tom joined CubeMatch as Director in 2015, and as Group COO he has helped scale operations to support the continued growth and international expansion of the business.
Keith Moran
Group CTO
Keith is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As CubeMatch Group CTO, he is responsible for our Change Transformation, Technology and Digital practices. Keith has held various key management roles in challenging and demanding environments, where he has successfully delivered over 150+ key technology and transformation programs with breakthrough strategic business outcomes.
Leslie Duckett
Group CRO
Leslie is a Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience working in Financial Services across 70+ countries; having previously worked with some of the largest Fintech suppliers. He has worked with CubeMatch since 2021 with group responsibility for Business Development across the locations.
Katie Molony
Group CMO
Katie has a global perspective, honed through her roles as a Chief Executive officer, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Digital Officer spanning international markets (Ireland, UK, USA & Canada) in diverse sectors such as Media, Arts, Technology, Financial, Training & Development and Transformational Change.
Bernie Chamberlaine
Group HR, Legal & Compliance
Bernie Chamberlaine joined CubeMatch in 2022 as the Group HR, Legal and Compliance Manager. She brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, legal and compliance fields, with roles spanning professional regulation, financial services and corporate communications in both Dublin and Sydney.
Jamie Bose
Group Talent Management
Jamie is our Global Director of Talent with 18+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Start-ups and Management Consulting business. He is a strategic, customer-focused, innovative, creative, and data-driven individual with a passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service through a unique combination of creative and analytical skills.
Niamh Farrell
Group Operations
Niamh is an experienced Operations Leader. Niamh joined CubeMatch in 2022 to support the operational structure, as the company was undergoing hypergrowth and globalisation. Niamh brings with her experience in Transformational Change and more recently specialisation in Sustainable Finance to drive the ESG strategy for CubeMatch and its clients.
Justine Tournier
Group Marketing & CSR
Justine is a Marketing and Communications Expert with almost a decade of demonstrable experience working in the Marketing industry both in Ireland and France. Justine has strong experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Project Management, Email Marketing & Campaigns, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, CSR and Event Management.
Jennifer Ward
Group Business Analysis
Jennifer is an experienced managing consultant with 25 years of experience working in the financial services sector and 10 years’ working on change and transformation programmes in particular Payments, Core Banking and Data Migration. She has been working with CubeMatch for 2 years and is the Head of the Business Analysis practice for the group.
Stephen O'Reilly
Group Quality Assurance & Testing
Stephen is a Senior QA Professional with over 25 years of demonstrable experience, working in the financial services industry both in Ireland & internationally. He has strong, practical experience in varying Testing Methodologies/Frameworks, Test Processes, and Test Tooling and has used this to successfully deliver testing projects for many clients. He is also a practitioner in Test Maturity Assessments, Tester Training and Project Test Management.

Consultancy was launched and became the main service provided.
Through persistency and with specialist services we grew strongly during the credit crunch while competitors were cutting staff.
CubeMatch Ireland was founded in Dublin.
Business & Technology Change Programmes services.
Project Management & Business Analysis consulting services.
Test and Development services.
Insurance Sector. New office and operations capability.
Acquisition of JZ&P Associates BV in the Netherlands and creation of CubeMatch Benelux. Initial investment in CubeMatch-Claritaz, a software development company based in Chennai, India. Senior Management Team expansion, creating a multi-service consultancy.
CubeMatch acquired xenIT, an Irish provider of consulting services and talent acquisition. CubeMatch Frankfurt was founded.
4 offices: Dublin (headquarters), London, Utrecht & Frankfurt with an extended reach in Asia and United States.
Expanding our presence: acquisition of Bishopsgate Financial in the UK.
CubeMatch-Claritaz acquisition in Chennai, India.
Launch of the CubeMatch Singapore Office.
CubeMatch-Claritaz rebrands to CubeMatch Technologies India.
