Job Description 

CubeMatch are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst (BA) specialising in Digital Transformation projects across the banking and financial industry. As CubeMatch consultant you will play a crucial role in helping organisations navigate the complexities of modernising their processes, systems, and operations through digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities
 

• 1. Understanding Business Needs:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather business requirements.
• 2. Process Analysis and Improvement:
• Current State Analysis: Map and analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Future State Design: Design optimized processes leveraging digital tools and technologies.
• 3. Technology Evaluation:
• Market Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends that could benefit the organization.
• Vendor Assessment: Evaluate and select appropriate technology vendors and solutions.
• 4. Solution Design and Implementation:
• Solution Architecture: Work with IT teams to design scalable and robust digital solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• 5. Change Management:
• Training and Support: Develop training programs and support materials to facilitate user adoption.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• 6. Performance Monitoring:
• KPIs and Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor performance and seek opportunities for further enhancements.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• Minimum 3 years of experience, working in a similar role.
• Analytical Skills:
• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud computing, AI, IoT, and automation tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent English & Dutch language skills
