With over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector across everything from analysis to program management, John has built his expertise into regulatory data-driven projects. Pragmatic in solutions, John always keeps his eye on the ball to meet strategic goals. He’s a strong team player and always puts people first, nurturing his team and encouraging them to build their skills for success.
Annemarijn Handgraaf
Head of Business Consultancy
Annemarijn has over 12 years of regulatory risk and compliance experience in financial services. As a data-driven individual, she brings expert knowledge of the entire reporting chain from data entry and final regulatory reporting. Annemarijn helps our major clients develop and implement solutions for Regulatory Risk and Compliance, Internal Controls, and Credit and Market Risk, consistently delivering long-term results.
Britty Roodenburg
Business Development Director
Britty has over 15 years of consulting experience in financial services, with a strong network in regulatory change, data management, and finance & risk. As a natural connector, she prioritises professional development and is a valued partner for our clients. Britty has helped many oragnisations optimise their processes and navigate complex regulations.
Peter Marsh
Business Development Manager
Peter has over 15 years of business development experience working within the financial services industry. With a solid network of professionals working within the banking/financial services sector in the netherlands, he brings a fresh approach when offering innovative solutions to CubeMatch's clients. Peter also has a strong interest in data and digital transformation driven projects.

Our journey
so far
CubeMatch Benelux’s journey began in 2016 with the Z&P Associates BV start-up. John Zoetekouw founded the start-up to match the growing market demand for knowledgeable and skilled consultants. Ever since then, CubeMatch Benelux hasn’t stopped growing.
Following a strong desire for growth, the start-up joined the CubeMatch Group and became CubeMatch Benelux. We signed our first client in the area of new Definition of Default implementation.
We signed our second and third clients in the areas of credit risk data validation and financial reporting consolidation.
CubeMatch Benelux is now made up of 25 professionals, who all work together to deliver projects for various key financial institutions across the Benelux region. Our clients include: ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, NN Group, Triodos, De Volksbank and NIBC.
