Job Description 

CubeMatch is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the Global Accounts and Payments team within the Wholesale & Rural (W&R) domain. This role will focus on supporting the Core Banking Transformation (CBT) program and enhancing the customer experience by implementing streamlined corporate banking solutions globally. You will work within a diverse, international team to ensure smooth integration of Corporate Accounts and Payments systems, driving digital innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Represent customer and end-user interests, translating strategic goals into innovative solutions.
• Support the product owner in creating and refining the backlog and ensuring requirements align with global standards for corporate lending.
• Identify and implement process improvements in Agile working and the entire delivery process.
• Challenge and inspire squads to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams in a complex international environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, particularly in Corporate Accounts and Payments within financial institutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of payment types (SEPA, SWIFT, XML, pain) and experience working with payment systems.
• Experience in Agile development environments using Scrum.
• Ability to work in complex IT landscapes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Oracle Flexcube, SQL, and MS Azure (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial systems implementation and digital transformation in the corporate banking space.
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in international environments and with diverse teams.
