Job Description 

CubeMatch is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Regulatory Reporting to assist our clients in meeting regulatory requirements, including Basel IV/CRD IV. In this role, you will contribute to the development of reporting processes to ensure organizations meet capital and reporting standards, providing accurate data to regulators in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Analysing Basel IV/CRD guidelines and determining their impact on business processes and reporting;
  • Drafting requirements, data mapping and validation (SQL);
  • Develop and improve financial reporting processes to comply with laws and regulations;
  • Contribute to organisational risk management policies to identify and minimise potential risks;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

  • Completed HBO / WO education (Economics, Business Administration or a related field);
  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst within Regulatory Reporting;
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant regulatory and reporting frameworks;
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL and MS Excel;
  • >2-5 years' experience within financial institution;
  • Experience with the agile way of working;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Experience in stakeholder management;
  • Team player with the ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Dutch speaking (native)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and software for data analysis and reporting;
  • Basic knowledge of data models and data modelling.
