Job Description

CubeMatch is looking for an experienced PMO Analyst (potentially at Manager level) to join our Risk Team for an initial 6-month period. This role will support the oversight of Second Line responsibilities for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), with a strong focus on Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the European TPRM Risk Leader to finalize regulatory gap analyses, enhance procedural frameworks, and manage key regulatory deliverables. This is a critical role requiring a candidate with strong risk management experience, TPRM expertise, and exposure to DORA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize the DORA gap analysis on subcontracting and develop a steering paper.
  • Review and refine First Line of Defense (FLOD) supplemental procedures and develop training materials specific to DORA.
  • Map regulatory requirements to policies and procedures, recommending enhancements to the control suite or identifying new controls.
  • Oversee and manage regulatory notifications (both BAU and DORA-specific).
  • Draft and implement procedures for DORA register management, establishing Day 1 operational processes and Day 2 protocols.
  • Review exit plans, oversee testing, and refine the intragroup exit planning approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-level responses related to DORA applicability and criticality assessments.
  • Oversee project management and evidence review for Day 2 deliverables.
  • Support governance activities by preparing committee packs, drafting minutes, and tracking action items for Third-Party Risk Committees (TPRC).

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong experience working in a Risk Environment, preferably Second Line of Defense (2LOD), though First Line of Defense (1LOD) experience is also relevant.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Exposure to DORA regulations and associated compliance requirements.
  • Background in Financial Services, ideally within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks, risk assessments, and control mapping.
  • Prior experience in consulting would be advantageous but is not a core requirement.
