Job Description 

CubeMatch is looking for a KYC & FC Team Lead with expertise in Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions to lead a team within the KYC & FC Centre of Expertise. This role involves driving the delivery, implementation, and review of KYC & FC procedures, processes, and IT for Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions, including Special Investigations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KYC & FC regulatory landscape, stakeholder management skills, and experience in leading content-driven teams.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead a team of approximately 10 FTE within the KYC & FC Centre of Expertise.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of KYC & FC procedures for Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions.
  • Manage the CAM Fusion team, including product owners and IT specialists, to develop and maintain the ruleset and models.
  • Support and drive the implementation of Special Investigations across different geographies.
  • Develop a roadmap for Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, and Special Investigations processes.
  • Set clear KPIs and objectives to monitor team performance and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to enhance communication and governance processes.
  • Act as the representative for Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions in external partnerships.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in KYC & FC.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing specialist teams in a complex KYC & FC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and the KYC & FC landscape.
  • Experience in driving and managing change projects within KYC & FC.
  • Certification in KYC, FC, or related areas (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills such as Dutch, German, French, or Spanish are a plus).
