Santhosh leads the company’s business strategy, P&L management, sales, and client relationships. He is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, tracking emerging trends, and developing strategic partnerships. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he drives long-term business objectives. Santhosh is committed to delivering innovative solutions that help clients achieve their business goals. His leadership ensures continued growth and customer success.
Mohan Thilak
Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer (APAC/ANZ)
Thilak has more than two decades of Marketing and Business Development experience and has been instrumental in managing businesses and large corporations across the globe. Thilak is currently responsible for the Business Development in the APAC/ANZ region, execution of marketing strategies, customer relationship and partnership development.
Raju Packianathan
Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Raju is an innovative business leader with a social outlook who leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation. He has strong team management skills, go-to-market attitude, customer engagement skills and an earnest zeal to create niche market. He is known for his ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Bala Subramanian
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Bala is focused on solving customer challenges through advanced technology, specialising in product development and process optimisation. He has successfully managed over 50 projects across various domains. His expertise includes custom development, system design, and scalable architectures, along with pre-sales and solution design. Bala leverages a wide range of technical skills, including C#, .NET, and Agile methodologies. He is quick to adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Prakash Kalaiselvam
Co-founder & Chief Delivery Officer
Prakash brings expertise in open-source technologies, project management, and AWS solutions, playing a key role in creating efficient frameworks for on-time project delivery. His proactive management has helped build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Known for leading cross-functional teams, Prakash drives collaboration to deliver exceptional project results & enhance operational efficiency. His leadership fosters productivity and supports client growth.
Shaju Thomas
Head of DevOps & Test Automation
Shaju is a Software Test Engineering specialist passionate about making client software experience exceptional. With two decades of experience in Software Test Engineering, Agile Transformation and Quality Management, Shaju’s areas of expertise include: Software Test Automation | TDD & BDD | Performance Testing | Test Management | DevOps | CICD | Robotic Process Automation | Workload Automation | Atlassian Suite | Microsoft Azure DevOps | Total Quality Management.
